New cutting and milling cell machine for Mexico

The company, leader in the manufacturing of machinery and tools for the automotive industry, has designed and manufactured a cell cutting and milling for Mexican client Montiac to expedite the work of the operators of the company.

Pyrenees Metal continues to maintain its good track record of internationalization, this time with a new manufactured machine for customer Montiac of Mexico. It consists of a cutting and milling cell consisting of a band saw, a milling machine and a manipulator carrying parts of the saw milling. In total two units have been produced at its plant in Zaragoza.

This machine streamlines the work of operators and saves time processing of parts. Pyrenees Metal has been responsible for the entire project from design to installation and commissioning at the customer premises.

An important part of its production is exported machines and tools across national borders, mainly Bulgaria and Mexico. In the past year the company has designed and manufactured, among other works, a new crosscut saw-mill and two robotic cells for sawing and milling parts for Mexico and has developed a machine that performs the pre-machining operation for Bulgaria.
